Delivery
All our pieces are handcrafted and MADE TO ORDER.
We try to process and prepare your order within 5-7 working days and 6-9 days for customised order. Once dispatched, it takes 4-6 working days for the order to reach you. We do have expedite shipping as well. Pre Order
Pre Order label products will take at least 15-25 working days to dispatch.
Due to high sales volume, the fabric is in restock and hand block print fabrics and hand dyed Ikat fabrics take longer to be made, hence the time taken for these products to become available for dispatch.
Return Policy
Our every piece is handcrafted to perfection, so we accept only exchange of sizes (if available) or purchase of another item of same or higher value. Return are accepted only if the product is delivered defective or damaged.
In case of requirement of size changes we can issue a pickup for you for which a Rs 100/- shipping charge is applicable.
In case of any damage we resolve the same through replacement, Exchange or Refund by coupons with a full one year validity .
Customised and plus sized orders are ineligible for return/exchange.

Wash & Care
Slight variations in colour might appear as compared to the photograph. The Handblock prints might have some minor mismatch, please note that they are not defects rather the uniqueness of being handcrafted.
We use traditional natural dyes and vegetable prints, so colour might rub dry initially and bleed in first wash (few washes). Preferably Dry Clean else hand wash can also be done. Please do not soak and always dry inside out in sun.
