Are there any Shipping Charges?
Shipping within India is FREE.
International shipping will be charged on actual basis (minimum Rs.1500), that may vary based on your location and the weight and size of the parcel.
How long will it take for my Order to reach me?
We try to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 days. Please allow 3-7 working days for the order to reach you. Though we are not responsible for any delays from the Courier Company/postal services or unforeseen situations, but we will surely help you in tracking your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/message with the tracking details.

Is COD possible?
No, we do not have COD facility yet but we are working on it. Please see our client reviews on Instagram or our website for your satisfaction and also check the photos and videos of our physical store at Vadodara, Gujarat.
What are the other payment options?
You can pay us using your internet banking, credit or debit card, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm, UPI. For an international order also, you may pay us through Visa/Mastercard or Paypal.
What is your Exchange policy?
Our every single piece is handcrafted and so it comes with enough margin (1-2 inches) for you to go for minor alterations if needed. If you still want to opt for an exchange then we will be happy to help you. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order details within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Once we agree to exchange, you have to send us the original garment and the return shipment cost has to be borne by you. We will reimburse the return shipment cost only if the product is damaged/defective.
You may buy any product from our website for the same value as your original purchase or higher. No cash refunds will be allowed. However, we will be happy to provide you a credit note (Original Value – Shipping Charges) that can be used within one month from the date of the credit note.
Is Return Possible?
We process every order with utmost precision and care. We are sure that you would never want to return any of our product but still if there is any damage or defect then please write to us at email@example.com preferably with the photo/video within 48 hours of the delivery of the order. We will surely help you. We will accept return only if the product is defective or damaged.
Is Cancellation possible?
No, Cancellation of Prepaid orders is not possible.
