Are there any Shipping Charges?
Regular shipping within India is FREE which takes between 4-6 working days, however we do have option of expedite shipping which delivers within 24-48 hrs (Chargeable service Rs200 with BlueDart Express). You may connect with us on Whatsapp to expedite your delivery period.
International shipping will be charged on actual basis, while checking out you will get the estimated shipping charges, that may vary based on your location and the weight/volume of the parcel.
Customs and import duty, if any, may or may not apply to your shipment depending on your (destination) country's custom rules. These charges will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.

COD orders CANNOT be delivered on Urgent basis.
We use third party courier services to deliver your parcels. Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances and issues out of our control, parcels get delayed. We request your understanding on that, we will surely help you in tracking your order.

Is COD possible?
We do have COD facility at an extra delivery charge of Rs150. Orders of value up to Rs3000 are only eligible for COD service.
What are the other payment options?
You can pay us using internet banking, credit or debit card, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm, UPI. For an international order also, you may pay us through Visa/Mastercard or Paypal (connect us on WhatsApp).
Return and exchange policy
Team One House is always committed to providing you with the best and a fuss free clothing experience. All our garments are MADE TO ORDER using the Handcrafted fabrics made by our artisans across India. Every batch of fabric may be slightly different in shade or blockprint and ikat weaving as the whole process is done by hand and slight irregularities are hallmark of handmade things.
WE ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU AND SOLVE ANY ISSUE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND TRUST.
Still, if you want to exchange the size, kindly send us the garment back to us at the address provided below (with tags intact). We will correct the size and ship it back to you.
Even if you want to return, you may send the product to us and once we get it, we will offer you the credit note after adjusting shipping charges if any. The Store Credits can be used on our website with a validity of 6 months (from the date of exchange/return request).
Exchange and return of the order is only possible if we are informed within 7 days of receiving them.

Exchange for Size
For women clothing we always provide 2-3 inch margins and extra stitches, but still if you wish to go ahead with the exchange of size you may send us the dress and we will provide you the size needed. Please note that exchange shipping of Rs100 will be charged.
Exchange with another product
You may send us the dress and we will provide you with credit note (after adjusting shipping charges, if any) once we get the parcel. You may use this credit note (only once) on our website to buy any other product of your choice. The credit note will have the validity of 6 MONTHS. Please note that exchange shipping of Rs100 will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CUSTOMISATION (fabric change/length change/neck change/sleeves change/design customisation etc.) MAKES THE PRODUCT INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. We can always help you with sizing issues (alter the piece for you for any size issues, if needed, exchange shipping charges will apply).
What is the return policy?
Handmade products tend to have some irregularities in motifs and prints as sign of them being handmade. Handmade fabrics are made in batches so every batch might have slight difference in colour, shade, print/ikat weave pattern.
Still, if there is any genuine production defect, we will accept the return of the product and re-fulfill your order or issue you a credit note of the order value (after adjusting shipping charges if any).
In this case, we will arrange a pickup (only if your Pincode is eligible for pickup services), in some cases if pick up is not possible then kindly send us the garment via Speedpost we will provide you a credit note of Rs.100 as shipping charges.
RETURN/EXCHANGE ONLY AGAINST STORE CREDITS.
Is Cancellation possible?
No, Cancellation of PREPAID orders is not possible.
Cash On Delivery orders are confirmed twice so we can be sure that you really want the product. Once before processing and then before dispatch. (We will either WhatsApp or call you for the these confirmations). We expect your understanding as lot of efforts go into each and every piece being made. If you return our order without Accepting COD, then it is a huge loss to our team.
