Once your payment is completed, your order will be confirmed and you will receive an email from [email protected] with order details. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid through mail. You will also receive a WhatsApp message with order number. Kindly provide your WhatsApp number, so you may get the confirmation easily.

We do not take orders over the phone, but we do take orders through WhatsApp or through our instagram handle https://www.instagram.com/onehouseindia.

We try to process, prepare and dispatch your regular orders within 5-7 working days and your customized orders within 6-9 working days. Once dispatched, it takes approx. 4-6 working days for the order to reach you. We do have expedite shipping as well. Though we are not responsible for any delays from the Courier Company/postal services or unforeseen situations, but we will surely help you in tracking your order.

Once the order is placed, we start processing your order, once the order is ready, we ship the order through one of our various courier partners. All these partners are reputed, logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email and WhatsApp message from One House informing you of the details of the courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment.

The reasons why you would have partially received the order are:

We might have shipped your items in two different shipments. The other would still be in transit. OR

The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call from our customer care informing you of the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you. In the unlikely situation that you are not available at your mentioned phone number, an email will be sent to you informing the same. You could call our customer care to get more clarity on your order status.

Yes, but it should be done within 24 hours of placing your order, so we can make the respective changes, but if it is after the order has started getting processed, we can try and make the respective changes, but if the order is shipped then no changes can be made.

To check the status of your order, log in to www.onehouse.in and go to the Order Status. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order, or the AWB number given to you will also show your order status.

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us on [email protected] or on +91 8128566449 within 24 hours of placing your orders, as to if it is Cash On Delivery the order will be cancelled and if it is paid online, your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.

Yes, but Pre Order label products will take at least 21-25 working days to dispatch.

Due to high sales volume, the fabric is in restock and hand block print fabrics and hand dyed Ikat fabrics take longer to be made, hence the time taken for these products to become available for dispatch.

Cancellation of PREPAID orders is not possible.

Cash On Delivery orders are confirmed twice so we can be sure that you really want the product. Once before processing and then before dispatch. (We will either WhatsApp or call you for the these confirmations). We expect your understanding as lot of efforts go into each and every piece being made. If you return our order without Accepting COD, then it is a huge loss to our team.

Please let us know within 24 hours of placing the COD order, if you would like to cancel it.

Yeah sure. It is possible for us to deliver your shipment to India. We would need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number. If the delivery address is of a Hotel, would recommend you to give us your personal local contact number which would be reachable at all times.

PRE ORDER products will take atleast 21-25 working days to dispatch.

After dispatch, For international shipping it takes about 10-12 working days. For domestic shipping it takes 4-7 working days depending on your location. In case of any exception we would call and inform you.

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, it might be due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, because it might be the case that your order must be more than one and the might take a little more time to process, if this is the case please check your emails or contact us through WhatsApp or you can chat with us on social media platforms too, so as to  update you on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!)

Regular shipping within India is FREE which takes between 4-6 working days, however we do have option of expedite shipping which delivers within 24-48 hrs (Chargeable service Rs200 with BlueDart Express). You may connect with us on Whatsapp to expedite your delivery period.

Dispatch time remains the same (5-9 working days). If you have any URGENCY, kindly connect with us through our WhatsApp link on our website or DM us on our Instagram handle. We have an option of urgency at an extra charge of Rs400.

All our products are pure cotton. We do play around with different fabrics detailing, but mainly all our products are cotton.

Yes, you definitely can, we are fully sustainable MADE TO ORDER brand, you get a product customized depending on your choices and liking.

Yes, we do customize Dresses, Shirts, Kurtis, and blouses as per the requirement of the customer. You can contact us with your requirements on instagram  @onehouseindia or WhatsApp (using the chat link on our website).

We have made an elaborate structure of categories and subcategories on the Home Page to help you find what you are looking for. If you are unable to locate the item in the given filters, you can simply type the name in the search bar and check the relevant results. You could also reach us on the phone or social media for the direct link.

All the products listed on our website have detailed product descriptions. When you click on the product you like, you will be taken to the Product Page where you can find available sizes, Size Chart, Size Guide, materials, colors and washing Instructions mentioned in detail. There is a detailed Size Chart that you can refer to while buying products across the website.


OneHouse uses reputed logistics providers/partners to deliver products to your doorsteps. Once your order is ready for dispatch, one of our logistic partners would pick up the product from us and deliver it to you.

Once your order is dispatched, An SMS would be sent to your registered phone number with the details of the logistics partner along with the AWB#. You can track the order using the AWB# on their respective website, 24 hours after your order is shipped out.

All you need to do is click on the link in the email/whatsapp msg sent to you after the order is dispatched and track the journey of your item in real-time!

We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. Our delivery partners make three attempts to deliver the order to you: each attempt on a consecutive day. So, in case you have missed the order delivery, please connect with us on instagram  @onehouseindia or WhatsApp (using the chat link on our website) along with your order number and we shall help you.

In case the package is returned to us after an attempted delivery, we can ship it back to you after we receive it (the extra shipping charge (Rs100) would be borne by you).

Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. We would suggest making the payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through SPEEDPOST India Post. This would be possible only for prepaid orders.

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

Customs and import duty, if any, may or may not apply to your shipment depending on your (destination) country's custom rules. These charges will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.

We have tied up with reputed courier company Bluedart and Delhivery. You will receive an email with your tracking details once we dispatched your order. You may track your order 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

No, our courier person will hand over the package to you to open only once the payment has been made. We recommend you avoid accepting any package if it has tampered.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at [email protected] or connect with us on Instagram  @onehouseindia or WhatsApp (using the chat link on our website) along with your order number and we shall help you.

Every order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. We would love to be able to solve that in the near future with the advancement of technology.

In case the ordered items do not reach the customer within 30 days from the shipping date from our workshop, we will offer a brand new product or a full refund as per our discussion, provided any tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at the customer's doorstep. As, if you missed taking the parcel, kindly wait till we make an attempt to deliver your parcel again.


No, there are no hidden charges. If you opt Cash On Delivery payment option, then you will be charged extra Rs 150.

All credit card and debit card payments on One House are processed through secured and trusted payment gateways.

Yes. You can make payments through the mobile site of One House. The mobile site too uses trusted payment gateways which keep your card information secured and protected.

We understand that you might want to pay for an order in cash. That’s why we’ve got a very convenient option where you can pay (only by cash) at your doorstep before receiving the package. COD is available to order of value upto Rs3000 only.

Our payment gateways are extremely secure and any payment that does not come to us through the gateway gets kicked back to your source bank account. Usually, this happens within a 1–3  days window i.e., if we receive it by then the order will be confirmed or you will get it back in your account. You can check with your bank for confirmation. You may also connect with us and we will surely help you with the payment status.

We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but is not received by us yet. Do not worry, please send us a mail at [email protected] or you can also call on +91 8128566449 and we'll sort it out together.

If your payment fails, you can complete the order with the COD option or retry the payment using a different payment method.


Exchange and return of the order is only possible if we are informed within 7 days of receiving them.

Handmade products tend to have some irregularities in motifs and prints as sign of them being handmade. Handmade fabrics are made in batches so every batch might have slight difference in colour, shade, print/ikat weave pattern.

Still, if there is any genuine production defect, we will accept the return of the product and re-fulfill your order or issue you a credit note of the order value (after adjusting shipping charges if any).

In this case, we will arrange a pickup (only if your Pincode is eligible for pickup services), in some cases if pick up is not possible then kindly send us the garment via Speedpost we will provide you a credit note of Rs.100 as shipping charges.

RETURN/EXCHANGE ONLY AGAINST STORE CREDITS.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we will arrange the pickup (only if your Pincode is eligible for pickup services), in some cases if pick up is not possible then kindly send us the garment via Speedpost we will provide you a credit note of Rs.100 as shipping charges.

That is  a great news. We would love to have your pictures to share with our One House Family. Please let us know as soon as you change your mind. If the product is not yet picked up, we will cancel the pickup. Else, we will send it back to you as soon as we get it back (return shipping to be borne by you).

Returns or exchanges are not possible when :

Refund will be initiated only if there was a genuine defect in the product and we are unable to refulfill your order.

For women clothing we always provide 2-3 inch margins and extra stitches, but still if you wish to go ahead with the exchange of size you may send us the dress and we will provide you the size needed. Please note that exchange shipping of Rs100 will be charged.

Exchange with another product

You may send us the dress and we will provide you with credit note (after adjusting shipping charges, if any) once we get the parcel. You may use this credit note (only once) on our website to buy any other product of your choice. The credit note will have the validity of 6 MONTHS. Please note that exchange shipping of Rs100 will be charged.
